Return window and eligibility
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Keep the item, included parts and packaging available for inspection.
How to request a return
Email us for instructions before shipping anything back. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, describe the problem and include photos if available. We cover return shipping on eligible returns and provide instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
After we receive, inspect and approve the return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
